Please, Please, Please Don't Cancel

I am running the Securian Winter Carnival Frozen Half Marathon on Saturday.  I received a reminder email with this little tidbit:
It is supposed to be cold.  This cold:

(The race starts at 9am.)

I really want to run this race even if it is bone chilling cold.  It is called the "Frozen" Half Marathon after all.
